Buying
How do I get my file?
Right after you pay, the file is emailed to the address you enter at checkout, usually within about 10 minutes. Check your spam or promotions folder if you don't see it.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payment happens on Square's secure checkout page. We never see or store your card details.
What payment methods can I use?
Major debit and credit cards, plus any other methods Square's checkout offers you.
Files & use
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. The files open on phones, tablets and computers. Each product page lists its exact format.
Can I edit the files?
Yes. They're editable text or spreadsheet files, so you can adapt them to your work.
Refunds & help
What if the file doesn't work for me?
Reply to your delivery email within 14 days. If the file doesn't work or isn't what was described, we'll fix it or refund you.
